Personal Narrative Essay: My Trip To Germany

The day I wish I could relive is the day that my family and I landed in Germany for part of our summer vacation. This was a special day for me because it was my first time out of the country, and my dad is always talking about when he would always go to Germany when he was a kid. He has a lot of family members there, his mom was born in a town near a huge city called Hamburg.
When we landed we had to get our bags from the baggage claim. Then we had to go buy train tickets because the hotel was pretty far away. Money there is way more expensive than it is here in America, so my Dad had to spend his money carefully. On that train ride my dad explained everything we were going to do in Germany. And every day we were going to do something new. And that was the best train ride ever because first the things we were going to do were awesome and second Germany is much more cleaner than America by

We walked along the sidewalk and the surroundings were just so incredible there was a big lake that had a really big fountain in the middle. As we walked we could see a lot of cafe's and bakeries along the street. There were stores also which had a lot of cloths in the in the windows which had price tags on them which seemed expensive. Finally we made it to the hotel, my dad checked us in and he also said that there was a really nice lounge that served breakfast and dinner that food was so good. But we still went out because it was early and my dad had planned we'd go to the park right next to our hotel. On the way we stopped at at a bakery to get some snacks . There were these amazing little balls of heaven that we got, they were like dough sprinkled with cinnamon and it was so so good. The park was really nice I thought it was going to be really boring but it was nice and peaceful.
