Personal Narrative: A New School

Improved Essays
I hate moving. A new school every year. I have never been to a school more than two years. My Dad is in the army and I have been to a lot of different schools but I have never been to a school quite like this one.
The new school that I will be going to seems really nice. They offer a lot of classes to take. I think that I will take shop and FCS (family consumer sciences). I think that I will really enjoy this school especially since I get to start my 7th grade here. I went and took a tour at the end of last year of the school and everyone seems nice.
For the first day of school I am wearing my long hazel hair down and I am wearing a dress that goes all the way down to my ankles. On my first day of a new school, I always like to dress up.

This is the biggest amount of people I have ever had in one classroom. There are two teachers. The teacher that was waiting for me introduces me to the class.
She said “This is Annabelle Davis she is new here and I expect you all to treat her with kindness and respect. Tell us a little bit about yourself, Annabelle. Like do you have any nicknames and what school or state did you come from.”
I started to speak, “Hi my name is obviously Annabelle but I go by Anna. I moved from Florida. My Dad is in the army so I never stay at a school too long. I have been in almost every state, whether we are driving or living there.”
“Anna you can go sit over there next to Jessie”
I walk over to my seat. It is in the corner next to a window. I’m glad I got sat next to a window. I often tend to stare out the window when I am thinking or when I am trying to calm my nerves. The other teacher is starting class now. She welcomed me and her name is Mrs.

He placed his hand on the railing. Lastly, he disappeared so no one could see it was him. He then became a person’s figure. He became the principle of the school so then no one would know who he was and what he did. This way he could monitor the auditorium and make sure that no one ever got close to solving it.”
Emma agreed and said “that seems to make sense to me. It is why no one could ever catch him. They didn’t believe in ghosts.”
“Ya.” agreed Nia, Liz, and I.
We did solve the case. We then went to the auditorium one last time.We called for the girls in the red dress, blue dress, and green dress. They came, we told them what had happened. All of the sudden A bright gold light came shining down on the girls. They then disappeared saying thank you.
We never did know exactly what happened to the girls. We would all like to believe that they went to a place where everything was their desire. The building was then torn down two years later. After we had figured out the case Mr. Hammon never came back. He didn’t show his face in the school or anywhere. We all think that he went back to the spirit world. After we graduated no one ever talked about that building ever again and it was now just a dead rumor everyone used to talk

On April 24th 1992, I met a woman at a hospital in Los Angeles. The woman was sweet, loving, and smelt like Dior Dune perfume. Once I was cleared by the doctors, the woman took me to her apartment. When we arrived, I heard kids laughing as they splashed each other in the pool, and saw a group of older guys wearing bright red t-shirts with red shoe laces. I watched for a minute, absorbing everything in like a sponge.…

When I get to my AP Language class I look around the classroom that has a homey feel to it. Curtains drape over the cold foggy windows in royal red, rimmed with gold shimmering colors. A lamp is turned on, creating a soft glow in the room while the warm smell of pumpkin pie is enough to make it hell for a sleep deprived person to stay awake. I walk to the back of the classroom, and sit exactly in the middle. Then I put my head down, and wait for class to start.…
