Car Crash Narrative

On August 11th, 2011 my mama and I were in a car crash. The day started out normal. We needed some groceries so we decided to go to Meijer. We got dressed and decided to go in about an hour. So i am playing with my barbie computer until we have to leave. We then go and we head out to the car and get in and start driving to the gas station because we needed gas. We get to the gas station and i get out and pump the gas, then i run in and get me and my mom a pop like i always do. After that i come out and stop the gas and get back into the car so we could head out to meijer.
So we then go on a road i call the bumpy road because it has always been bumpy. My favorite part about the road is the curves and all the trees. So i am sitting in the car on my barbie computer playing a spelling game. I was minding my own business until we came to a stop and my mom said “chelsea go shut the gas tank.” i was so confused on what she wanted me to do so i got out of the car and tried to see if anything was wrong and i had realized that i forget to shut the covering on the gas tank. So after about another 10 minutes of trying they finally decided to smash the back window and give us a blankets to cover up with so they could smash all the windows out and try to pry open the doors. They get the back window smashed and then get me out. Then they tried to get my door to open from the inside and they got it after about 3 minutes. The next step was getting my mom out of the car. They took me into the ambulance to check me out and evaluate me. Then once they got my mom out of the car and onto the stretcher. One paramedic took me back over to the car to get a few of my things. I was looking and looking for my flip flop but never found it. I was then taken back into the ambulance and we were on our way to the
