Personal Narrative Essay: Bobbi's Life

Cool fall air blew through a little town in Illinois. The distinct smell of pumpkins covered the town, and the leaves were starting to change from green to a vibrant red. At 7:45 sharp a group of friends met at the faded stop sign between their houses. Once they got to the stop sign they all headed off to Sandy Elementary School. When she got to the stop sign in the center of her subdivision Malory, Anthony, and Mason were waiting for her. They all looked tense and nervous, but they started to lighten up when they saw Bobbi smiling.
“Hi,” Malory said quietly. Bobbi didn’t even respond. She ran right up to the three and gave them a hug.
“Thank you all so much for making me do this. I’m so glad you did,” Bobbi said
