Back when I was twelve. My family and I had the idea to move to Florida. However we was really that concern of moving to early because we were born and raised in Tennessee. To do this I would have to move from the people I grew up with, and my family. I have always been the quiet type and stay in the house. By us leaving would mean I would have to make new friends, and start all over which would be really scary to me. I couldn’t say nothing I had no choice but to move. I had to pit my big girl pants on and had to go with the flow. No matter how sad and nervous I was. Before we left we went to go visit our family and friends. I really didnt want to because I knew it would bring me to tears. I'm a strong person and one soft spot I had was my family. I remember as I was walking in one of my family members house my eyes started watering. The fact I knew I probably wouldnt ever see them again killed me. Well after we said our good byes we went home my mother packed our bags and we headed off. My mothers friend had to drop us off at Memphis Tn Grey Hound Station. As we were walking up I realized polize were there. They had to check every ones bags make sure anything wasnt illegal in them. They arrested one man because he tried to smuggle uncontrolled substances on board. After they checked him we found our …show more content…
My mother got her a job and we was finally starting school. I was nervous as we arrived at school because it was huge and I thought I would end up getting lost and that would be so embarrasing. That whole school day I was shy really didnt say much to anyone but give my name. By the time the day was over it seemed like all the teachers like me which gave me ease. I was ready for the next day just to see what the day would bring ahead of us. It was the same thing but I made new friends and started to be more aware of my surroundings.
