At 1523 hours, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Wichita State University Police station to speak with a female. I arrived in the front lobby about 1524 hours and met with an Asian female named Vu Luu Thi Cam. Mrs. Cam was visibly upset and appeared to have been crying. She had a red face and tears in her eyes. Mrs. Cam said she wanted to talk to me about getting a house key back from her husband. She said her husband had recently contracted a sexual transmitted disease (STD) and given it to her. Mrs. Cam said she confronted her husband about the STD in the parking lot of NIAR (lot 12). Mrs. Cam refused to give me her husband’s name and asked if there was anything I could do to help her.
