I contacted MEAD via telephone . MEAD advised he was dating AMY HANDY and her ex-husband in Kansas was sending her threatening texts and making phone calls. The texts and calls were making AMY fear for her life. I asked MEAD if they were wanting to press charges. MEAD stated at the moment they just wanted to see if Law Enforcement could make contact with the subject and ask him to stop. I asked if there was any court ordered no contact order. MEAD stated no there was not.
After speaking with Mead, I then went to the residence of the suspect. I met Sergeant David Smith at the location, and we were unable to make contact with anyone at the residence. I contacted MEAD back and advised him we were unable to make contact but would attempt to make contact again within the next couple of days.
On 03/30/2016 at approximately 1259 hrs., I arrived at the residence and was again unable to make contact with anyone. I attempted again at approximately 1746 hrs., and was able to make contact with the suspect …show more content…
