I would get a job, but too young to even think about that, and yet old enough to be able to survive. From village to village, seeking a place to live, but no luck.
I gather what little belongings I have, a book, a steel sword to defend from the bandits and a pouch of miscellaneous materials. I look around, searching for a path to the next village, no luck, I ventured too far into the forest to be able to see through the immense oak trees. Immediately, I know I 'm lost, this rarely happens, but when it does, my plan of action is to move. Bandits love to seek out easy pickings, and in my current condition,

The young man looks as if from wealth, a clean brown vest, with green sleeves. I know what I must do, rob both of them. I move in stealth as I appear in the alley, the sword was drawn, and my hood covering my eyes. With a quick jab I take out the thief, take his belongings and leave, suddenly the man jumps on my back, screaming gibberish. I start running, trying to shake him off until he jumps off and catches me by the hood, I hastily pull out my sword, he calms down and tells me that he wants to hire me as a personal guard, hire me? personal guard? My mind starts racing, should I kill him, accept the offer? What should I do? Without thinking, I accept, he jumps in excitement and tells me to meet him at the city center, in the

There’s a little slice of Heaven in Marshall, Texas, where the sun shines through the pines and the sound of cicadas serenade you throughout your afternoon and the lake shines like a plate of polished silver in the early morning sun. When I first came to Camp Fern, I was on my own. Everyone else had known each other for at least two years, so I was the odd one out. In my cabin there was the usual sort. I have been immersed in a melting pot with many different culturally and economically diverse populations. These unique experiences have broadened my horizons and allowed me to gain valuable communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I searched out opportunities to give back and help the people in my community both in volunteering in hospitals, educating high school students, and interning in private practices. I even traveled with the organization Medlife, setting up a medical clinic to provide basic medical care and education to people in the poor and underserved communities surrounding Lima, Peru.…
