Everyone taking pictures, making jokes, and having a good time was so bitter sweet. Just knowing today is the day I finally graduate and I probably won’t see some of the best people I’ve ever met again. Music starts to play , “S INGLE FILE LINES, FACE FORWARD , AND SMILE” said one of the counselors We go inside in pairs about 3 feet away from the previous pair. I’ve been to a couple graduations before and the guest speaker is usually the most boringness part to me, but our guest speaker was a teacher who met a lot to me, he seen me grow all 4 years of high school and probably knew me the most out of all my teachers. His speech was great, not too short and not too long so before I knew it the first name was being called up to receive their diploma. Applauding all my friends, they finally get to my row. As I look in the venue I spot my family and wave. My heart started to thump. It finally hit me. “I’m about to graduate!” I say to myself.
