Personal Narrative-East Wenatchee Wreck Team

Decent Essays
It started playing with Wenatchee fire last year in December. Now that i have almost a year playing with fire i've know better and i am a better player now. Before i joined fire i was in a wreck team and my team was good but not to be a state team.
I've been in my wreck team for almost five years and there like my 3rd family. we have won a lot of trophies but the best one was when we beat a team from east wenatchee/chelan. With wenatchee fire i have won 2 trophies in one season it should of been 4 but we lost in the semi finals. i might try out for the pspl academy but they pay too much for a try out you have to pay 75 dollars just for one day and there is 2 days that's the first try outs. The second and finale try outs are in December

As teenagers growing up in Powder Springs, Georgia during the 1980’s, it was somewhat challenging at times to find safe and entertaining ways to occupy our time. Even though we did not have free reign to do as we chose, I would not categorize my parents as extremely strict. Relying on our parents, as if they were our personal taxi service, my sister and I struggled to find activities relatively close to home. After discovering we really enjoyed skating, we spent countless Friday and Saturday nights at the Sparkles Skating Rink in Paulding County. The indoor facility was a safe environment for teenagers, which provided my parents with a certain level of comfort to allow us to gather with friends.…

At some point in every person's life, they will have a special experience that will stick with them forever. One of my most memorable moments happened recently at a home volleyball game against Traverse City West. Approaching freshman volleyball season, the upperclassman spoke highly of the importance of overpowering TC West. As a ninth grader, I had the mindset that I would be playing for the freshmen team. I didn't think it really mattered what the outcome of the game would be, since we were only ninth graders.…
