This writer addressed with the patient about TEAM's decision of not reinstating him for treatment due to his non-compliance of his multiple AWOLs and following through with Hartford Dispensary with regards to making his payment to the clinic. According to the patient, he did everything on his end with the Hartford Dispensary, but the clinic wants him to be taper off on his methadone. The employees will be required to document prescription drugs that were taken within a month of the testing period (Secord, 2003). The drug testing will be subcontracted to an independent laboratory that will confidentially carry out the test for all staff associated with the organization. Although I have no formal teaching experience, in my past work and involvement in organized sports, I have repeatedly used the Progressive philosophy. When dealing with 13 & 14 year olds many situations arise such as bullying, personality clashes or simply not understanding a drill or play. For my substance use interview I chose to talk with my mother, Megean. I set out to cover the following topics: the role substance abuse played in her life, her opinion on drinking and substance use, and how she thinks alcohol and other substances will affect my life. Through the course of this interview and the time I spent reflecting on it, the severity of overindulging with things such as alcohol became much clearer.
