Personal Narrative: Donating To The Homeless

Decent Essays
To begin with, I would create flying food trucks all different shapes and sizes. This is so people don’t need to leave their house just call in and we will come. Most people cannot leave work so what they will do is just call into any restaurants. I don’t think I can make it by myself so i’ll need so ideas from people. I want so many great and outrageous ideas as long as they are not dangerous. I’ll always be open for ideas give anything you believe is an idea.

In addition, I would like to create the biggest cheeseburgers for cheap, so all can afford even the poor. I’ll donate to the homeless that have no money. The people who like a large amount of food I’ll sell every where even Walmart. I’ll make money. One day this will became true anything

    1. For many consumers, there could be three motivators behind the choice of breakfast restaurants such price, quality and brand loyalty. First, the price of a small coffee at MacDonald’s is $1.39 (I believe this includes a muffin) and $1.33 at Tim Hortons. My project goal is to ensure every student has a meal to celebrate with for a Thanksgiving dinner this year. I have been in contact with local shelters and supermarkets in my town. Through contact with them, I will be able to provide each family with a holiday meal: a ham, vegetables (including green beans and potatoes), macaroni and cheese, rolls, and other canned goods. The outpour of support to help me achieve my goal has been amazing. I plan to continue this project every year and make it a tradition at Coosa High School.…

I wasn’t sure what I expected when going to my community service for the first time. The place that I choose, the Lincoln Park Community Shelter, resided nearby the Lincoln Park, DePaul campus, so I just thought it would be an easy travel to and from the train station. Walking to the site, it was something that I’m not easily used to at home. Around there, there were clean and beautiful scenery all around. Every block I would walk pass a jogger or a person walking their dog in the peaceful environment.…

My parents relocated my siblings and I from Quetzaltenango, Guatemala to San Diego, California in order to allow us to lead a prosperous future. Unlike children in Guatemala, we were presented with an excellent education in San Diego and indulged in learning. For as long as I can recall, discovering new facts and learning new things about the world fascinated me; consequently, I quickly began wanting to help others in their pursuit of learning. I was always the first to offer help to my struggling peers and would stay behind during recess to assist them. My acts were fueled by the desire to see students succeed and I would do anything to help them prosper.…

Currently I live near Detroit and every day I am there I see the people around me starving, struggling to provide food for their children and just survive. If one is to walk around at the end of the day it is a devastating sight as the restaurants throw away the days excess food and the homeless come running, fighting for scraps, moldy food and expired products. My plan is to start a business that puts refrigerators in front of restaurants for people of the community to place their left overs in and for the restaurant employees to put food, that was not used by the end of the day, into for the homeless and needy to have at their disposal.…
