On 06/08/17, at 4:41pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 1745 Linwood Ave, on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and saw a black Chihuahua loose in front of that location. With the assistant of the caller and a male minor I was able to capture the dog. During that time an another male minor made it known that the dog belonged to his family. I placed the dog in my vehicle and drove to dog owner location (1777 Westrun St). I spoke to dog owner Anay Garcia, who was unaware that her Chihuahua was loose. I asked Ms. Garcia if her dog was current on a dog license and vaccinations. Ms. Garcia stated that she recently got the Chihuahua. I explained to Ms. Garcia that when taken ownership of a dog those items
