He started his own business about a year ago when he heard about the journey west. Our wagon is eighteen feet long and four feet wide. On the rear axle there is a grease bucket that is filled with a mixture of animal fat and tar, that is used to keep the hub of the wheels greased. I had the choice to buy a Conestoga or a Prairie Schooner, but I chose to go with the Conestoga wagon because it was at a reasonable price of $40 and was big enough for our whole family to fit in, and many people recommended it. We have decided to three oxen, really we only need two, but it something happens to one, then we will be prepared and have another one to replace it. We have a lot of money to spend on the trail because we decided that it would be good to sell our farm, and we’ve been saving money aside for quite some time now. We’ve been on the trail for about a week, so far so good that i can’t complain.Lucky we haven’t had to experience any terrible hardships like our wagon breaking, or shortage supply of food, or even sickness and diseases. In our wagon train we have about 40 wagons but we are only close to three wagons. The members of our train that we are closest with are three other families. One family is, Hans Larson, 34, Hans wife Olga, 33.They have three kids Henry, 13, Carl, 10, and Ingria who is 5. Another family that we have gotten to know very well is the the O’Neill family, Thomas is 29 and his wife, Margaret is 28. They too have three children, Kathlyn, 11, patrick, 10, and James who is 8. The last person that we have gotten to know very well is, William Fetterman, he has no family and has no one traveling with him to Independence. William is also our wagon train leader, this was a no brainer for me to choose who was going to be our leader, he has a military background, and no children so he can focus more on others than his own. Voting was very strange in my eyes, this is how it went down: First they would line everyone up that wanted to be a leader, then once that was settled everyone would form a like behind whomever they wanted to be captain. As the powerful Colorado River churned beneath me, as it has for centuries, and the relentless sun peaked over the top of the North Rim, I could not help but feel astounded. I was in a timeless place: a place disconnected from the society I had left behind miles ago. Down here, in the lowest section of the Grand Canyon, it was just me, my friends, and the heat. Always the heat. We had started our journey, a run from the Grand Canyon’s North Rim to the South Rim, at 4 AM in a futile attempt to avoid the skyrocketing temperature and finish before the sun became the determining factor in the success of our venture.…

Excuse me while I kindly blow your ''90's kids genders'' out of the water, unceremoniously bury it, and tap dance on its unmarked grave while singing a lovely tune. I have held my tongue this whole time and I feel that I can no longer sit by while this bombards my timeline; in doing so I have been a bystander to this hatefulness and I can not bring myself to be one anymore. Before you lot continue to run around judging people for their lives, which frankly you have no business doing, to begin with, screaming at the top of your tiny childlike lungs that transgender is a new thing that people have constructed because they're ''snowflakes''…
