Rapids Team

During the summer leading to my sophomore year, I tried out to be on the colorado rapids youth soccer team. At first, I didn't know whether I was going to make it or not but I tried my hardest. He said to me one day on my worst struggle “if you really want something you will fight for it and find a way to get there.” those words have affected my life ever since making me try harder and harder to achieve my goals and reach a level where I surpass my

At some point in every person's life, they will have a special experience that will stick with them forever. One of my most memorable moments happened recently at a home volleyball game against Traverse City West. Approaching freshman volleyball season, the upperclassman spoke highly of the importance of overpowering TC West. As a ninth grader, I had the mindset that I would be playing for the freshmen team.
