In my back handspring, my hands had overlapped and I didn’t get a good set out of it like I needed. I set as much as I could and wrapped, but I didn’t make it all the way around. The top half of my body made it to the front, but my knees were still spinning as I landed. I felt a shock wave of pain, and heard a loud pop.
