Mr. Hurley (the lunch monitor) finally dismissed us to go to up to the line and get our food, this is the first time we realized something was up, the food. That day's lunch was corn dogs, the meat was so utterly disgusting that most kids just peeled off the buttermilk breading like a band- aid and ate that instead of the meat. Like all 7th grade boys, my friends and I are a little immature, we sometimes play with our food, so us being us I started cutting up, bending, and smashing my corndog.
