Music always been there for us no matter what. Music has been there for centuries. I believe that music is one of many things hold us together, from the happy moments like celebrations to sad moments like funerals. Music can help you relax. When I hear music with super high or energize tempo or sometimes super inspiring lyrics and I am exercising. It helps me go faster or to do more, and I push myself to do my best, to give my 100% or to do things that I thought I could never achieve. For example, instead of running 30 min.
