But graduating from school in a cap and gown makes me feel like a young man who has achieved one out of many future goals. Graduating from Junior High School was big for me for three reasons. For one, my grandma got to see me walk across the stage prod. Two, my family was there to see me and hear me be able to say, I did it. Three the entire school saw who TySuan Stuart was. Graduating from Junior High School may have not been as big as High School graduation, but I also won a $1000 scholarship towards college funds and tuition. Nothing in this universe has been more important to me, but to see my grandma out in the crowds walking across the stage. I to this day wish she was here to see me get my High School Diploma and soon someday see me get my college degree. It’ll happen spiritually, but Junior High School was something for her to remember. As I got prepared and the teachers rehearsed out instructions one last time it was it. My last time stepping foot on the stage and it was worth it. It took a while for my name to get called because it is towards the end of the alphabet, but when the principle finally did call my name I just heard a loud roar of …show more content…
The feeling was so un-real but I just knew I couldn’t just leave her room without seeing her one last time before the morticians showed up at her home. Now I will say that it was very hard for me to sleep that entire week. I believe in spirits and that same night that my grandma died, I twitched every time I heard a sound, movement, or thought I saw someone. I’ve always wondered if morticians had rough nights sleeping. Although the bodies that they work on might not be related to them, is there anything that gives them the chills about being around a dead

“Shes coming back right?” a baffled 7 year old asks in response to the appalling news of her mother’s death. A vibrant imagination is accompanied by a crushing pain of reality that trails behind it ; I discovered this when I heard the words “no” . 10 years later, that conversation lingers in my head and holds not a cacophonous nor euphonious sound, but instead holds the neutral tone of reality, an alarm . As routine , at 6a.m., I hear a melodious alarm followed by the pitter-patter of my aunt who is getting ready for work.…

The first mask I wore had a hole in each eye the size of a dime. I started with this one because I thought I would be able to work on an assignment because I still had half the use of both my eyes, but it was still difficult. The assignment I was working on involved reading a book and then typing out answers to questions that were found from the reading. This was difficult because I had to constantly be looking back and forth between the book and my computer but I did not have full use of my eyes so it was hard to read the book.…

It is now your time to decide what you want to study and how to make that work in the real world. In all honesty, it feels like a right or wrong decision that you can only make once.
