Personal Narrative: Bryanna

Improved Essays
Bryanna and I have grown up super similar, She and I look incredibly similar, treat life is a joke, and when we do not do that we are pretending we need to look professional, and she and I have always liked similar things. While we may be similar we still have our differences. She will do anything to avoid her fears so she will not go in to elevators, on the other hand I love the feeling of being terrified, so I will try to scare myself. While she constantly improving herself and moving on, I am looking at multiply scenarios of the past to see how I can improve, while we do these things she get and makes her own bonds, while I am lost in the back trying decide if I can improve the longer I hang in the back the less emotional and more apathetic

We’ve just uncovered a new sarcophagus,” remarked Sarah as she passed by, carrying a large coffin.…

Her dad came to the corner to pick her up and unexpectedly handed me a full pizza pie for everyone to share while Skylar was gone. The night went on, and the musical artist named Drake was playing a show at The Garden that evening.…

In the discombobulation of day to day life, all types of people are going to try to knock you down. This hardship was experienced personally by Brenda Roza as she realized that “there may not be that person next to you that's going to speak up for you”. Having been told throughout her entire life that she couldn’t do certain things, Brenda thought that that being a successful person might be beyond reach to her - impossible.…

From my last 3 years of running cross county I have learned a lot of things. One is that you should never give up, second is that if you work hard enough then you can achieve whatever you put your mind to, and third is how you can go from disliking something to loving something. How I've learned these things from cross county is when I first started cross country, my sophomore year I couldn't run to save my life. Coach would always time us on how fast we could run two miles and I would always be last and be so far behind everyone else which was quite embarrassing but I couldn't help it I had just started and I'd never ran before in my life, at my very first meet I couldn't even run the first mile and I ended up having to drop out. After that I didn't like cross county at all because I wasn't good at it…

Nicolina, I recently wrote down a list of all the things that we had when we were together. We shared laughs on that old mustard couch with the afternoon sun pouring in our living room where we shared laughs and stress with Layla running after catnip bubbles. We were an unstoppable force together, yet we ended up derailed and destructive, dumping what we had in the dumpster and watched it decimate before our very eyes. My heart hurts whenever I look back. It aches for those moments where we called each other sisters, shared laughs, tears, and took on the world each day together.…
