Personal Narrative: Bexley Creekside Endurance Training

One day I had the sudden urge to go workout on the treadmill, so I hopped in my car and drove over to the Bexley Creekside Apartment gym. I walked in and noticed Jamaal training a client. I had a few fitness goals I wanted to achieve so I decided to ask for his business card. Little did I know that one action would change my life forever.

Jamaal and I started training a few days later. At first I was a little shy and strictly focused on the training. After a couple of sessions, Jamaal finally broke the ice and I begin to open up more. We began to get to know each other a little better through side conversations after our training session. We talked about family, life, religion, relationships and more. It all just came naturally.
