The two weeks that I mentored Benn was something that I’ve never experienced before. From teaching him how I manage time to how I talk to girls. I loved getting to know my shadow and it was interesting the similar qualities we shared even though we lived across the world from each other. Basketball and art were our most common interests. Benn was a singer and when I showed him my art this was the moment when I believe he really looked up to me as a role model and a friend.
