To be a leader, one must first earn the trust and respect of one’s peers and become someone that they would listen to. As a petite, easily distracted female, I often have trouble becoming a person that others listen to outside of the classroom. Thus, becoming this leader and being elected and inducted as the president of the York Suburban Trojan Theatre Club is my most impressive achievement in leadership. At first, people did not know who I was, so I was able to build a reputation for myself by becoming the props crew lead in all but official title.
