Godfrey got a call from the office asking for me and Gaby to come down. Everyone in our class knew that we were in trouble, but Mr. Godfrey thought it was something good. Once we were in the office, we were told to go into the conference room where Alea and Katelyn were sitting along with Mr. Novotney and Mr. Eeisnwieler our two principals. Cami was lucky as she was already on vacation. We then had to converse with the principals about the situation. By we I mean Alea and Katelyn talking and Gaby and I nodding our heads in agreement. They understood why we thought we had permission and decided that we would not get into further trouble because we were all good kids that thought it was okay. The only thing we needed to do was write an apology letter and give it to Mrs. Hesch. We decided that an in person apology would be more meaningful and made our way to the art room. Our apology was received, but she said we still hurt her feelings. As we were leaving Mrs. Geissler asked us if we wanted to try out the inflatables that they were blowing up. We of course went outside and tested out the inflatables. It was a fun time and we definitely needed that after the stressful situation. Honestly we left Lincoln on a high note with a memory that will last
