Hoped you had a delicious, and fun Thanksgiving as I did; however, now your help is needed for a little situation involving your truly me. On Monday, November 7, 2017, I interviewed with Regina Stabile (hereafter referred to as Regina) for a 120-day detail in the Office of Communications and Public Liaison, support of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) Branch and was later offered the detail via oral communication (telephonic) from Regina. The offer was contingent upon a mutual released date from my immediate supervisor George Tucker (hereafter referred to as George), Grants Management Branch Chief, who initially granted approval for me to seeks this detail.

    On 04/27/2017, approximately at 17:25, I, Officer, Rivera Ayala, responded to 16 Terminal Dr. Bethalto IL (AKA High Flyers Grill) in reference to suspicious activity. A caller stated that a male and a female were walking arounf the parking lot and the female was acting in a suspicious way.
