My hubby was already off one day a week and had enough work flexibility to swap his weekend day for another weekday when needed –TWO DAYS COVERED. My mother-in-law was involved from the very beginning and offered to help with the baby free-of-charge as her work schedule permitted. Her scheduling varied, but she knew it for the whole year –ANOTHER 1 or 2 DAYS COVERED.
