Hello I’m Alyssa Bresson and when I first found out that I was going to be having my fifth sister I was so shocked and happy. I was watching Netflix with my older sister Taryn and our dad text and told us that he wants to talk to us when he gets home. Taryn and I was thinking all sorts of crazy things because when dad has text us that in the past it was because of the loss of my baby sister. But then we started thinking positive and kept saying that we won the lottery and we are going to get new rooms and cars and never going to have to work again. Then finally dad got home from work and we were all so excited in the living room waiting for him and then he said we had to wait till my older sister and step mom came home which wasn’t until 8:30

The sun’s burning rays beat down on us as we dug through the layers of Egyptian sand and rock. We had only begun the excavation the previous day and had already uncovered one-fifth of the ancient pyramid. We’ve just uncovered a new sarcophagus,” remarked Sarah as she passed by, carrying a large coffin.…

Alyssa and Arielle Scavo grew up in a world few little girls ever get to experience. They played and cheered on the sidelines of countless high school football games. They logged hours upon hours in baseball clubhouses, while also cheering on the sidelines for their school’s football. And they were in and out of training rooms where they occasionally had the chance to mingle with top-notch athletes who received care under their father's watchful eye.…

At my sister's basketball game, at Spring-Ford, at the ninth grade center, I was in second grade, not even knowing the girl sitting a few rows above me would become my best friend. Fast enough, I had figured out that she was on all of my competitive sports teams and I began to recognize her around progressively often. Her name was Lainey Owens. Not only did Lainey become my best friend, but was benign, sociable, loyal, and never failed to brighten my day. Throughout our friendship, I had been pleased and there was never a dull time.…

I learned that she was appointed to the LCF leader position because her previous boss believed that she would be a good fit for LCF program when it was first created. She has always enjoyed working with students so it came natural to her.…

I do not if you remember me but I’m Stephanie Espinal. I went to your office before the exam number 3 and talked about how can I do better in the mini-exams. I do not want to say that I give up on doing well in the mini-exams, but not matter what I do I still get a bad grade. This frustrates me a lot. Before coming to UMass I did have problems taking exams but at least, I used to pass them.…

Ariyonna Underwood As one ages, one starts to become their own person, figuring things out for oneself and becoming more independent. But as for me, I was a very shy, quiet, and stay-to-myself kind of person. I didn’t like being around a lot of people or just doing nothing. When times got hard I would listen to my music and just be in my own little world. I would bottle up all my emotions and not tell anybody anything.…

Within an instant, I had become just as vulnerable as I had been in all the other games I had played... where my identity of being a girl had been revealed. In shock I threw down the mirror and watched as it broke into a thousand polygons before I hunched over and buried my head in my hands, trying to hold back tears while the man responsible for my pain continued with his deathly monologue. I remained with my eyes covered for some time, but I became aware of when Kayaba had finished speaking. I was able to lift my head slightly and I saw him as he faded away into nothingness, leaving all of us to our own devices in a world that he had designed to kill us all. I covered my face once again and blocked out everything around me, but although I…
