On 04/14/17, at 9:16pm, I Deputy Warden Christian was dispatched to 2282 Salbuck Ave on a injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog to a minor child. I arrived at the location and spoke to Jennifer Kohl-Hanley and her husband. I asked what took place; I was advised that they had a gathering at their house with a few friends and their kids. As everyone was gathered around the kitchen table Ms. Kohl-Hanley dog a Siberian husky black/white name Mack was under the kitchen table. There was a minor child standing near the table, Ms. Kohl-Hanley is unsure what exactly happen, but Mack bite the minor in the neck/ chin. The child was transported to Nationwide Children’s hospital to address her injuries. I asked Ms. Kohl-Hanley if Mack was current
