I forgot to close the gate and ran out of the shed and saw the paw prints leading to the bayou behind my house. I was fully sprinting towards the smelly, ugly bayou. I saw her standing there, muddy, and her tongue was hanging out. I was so happy to feel her jump all over me. Afterwards, we both looked like monsters made from the earth so I bathed her then cleaned up everything. Then when I was done I closed the gate. Then, finally, took a long, warm

As many people have said that a dog is a man’s best friend, the majority of dog owners including myself, completely agree with that statement. While some people can say they have trained their dogs into obedient animals, I on the other hand can say that with the help of my family, I raised two puppies from birth. This not only showed me a whole new level of responsibility, but helped me realize what true dedication feels like.
