Staying organized in the classroom makes it easier to get things done in a timely matter and it also allows you to properly teach. As well as in the classroom, in the workplace you need to be organized so that you can get your tasks accomplished in a timely manner. It is important for you as an employee to be able to complete your work on your own in the time that is given to you by your employer. Employers do not tolerate having a worker that is unable to finish their tasks in the time provided is not acceptable, and could possibly cost you your job. If youŕe not organized, other people might find it hard to approach you. In a classroom setting it is especially important to be approachable so that kids feel comfortable coming to you for questions or help. Generally, people who are more approachable are more likable. Being open and friendly can help improve your ability to have other people come to you for help. I acquired a deeper sense of patience, responsibility and became more tolerant. Patience was undoubtedly not a strong suit for me at the beginning of the term. Working with many children that require a different learning style or did not have the capabilities that most average students hold, I have grown to have better ways to being patient. When you work with multiple students, it is hard for all of them, at once, to be able to grasp every lesson that is thrown their way. Giving the few students who needed it, more time to understand and learn, gave me more patience. This goes along with tolerance, which is also hard to have. Having been placed with a group of students to teach alone, gave them the opportunity to sometimes not behave the best. Some days they wouldn 't listen to me. I have grown to be more tolerant and calm when having students listen to the lesson I am trying to teach. Being alone to teach a group of students is a huge responsibility. As a oldest sister of four, I have always held some type of responsibility. Although I have always been a big sister, never have I ever had such big responsibilities since this term.
