As children, many of us are very curious as to what professional career we will hold. I had many possibilities within my head. But as time passed, I realized, like many, that some careers are more doable than others. From a very young age, I had many ideas and possibilities on my list of career goals. My first choice was to join the Military or Armed Forces. Like any mother would, my mom tried to discourage me from pursuing that profession. As the years passed, I developed a growing fascination with animals. I had watched a lot of documentaries and informational shows on the Discovery Channel as well as Animal Planet, and I was convinced that I wanted to be a biologist of some sort.
