Personal Narrative: A Life Game

There is one opportunity you have to survive cancer; this challenge of survival is called XPTL life game. Established in 2044 by the United States classified cancer treatment office in Honolulu, Hawaii. Cancer is a chronic illness that kills and harms families every day. Many people expect there to be a “cure for cancer”, but there will never be one. You really think the government would just hand out a pass to cure cancer? Humans have to fight to survive and work to live. There has never been anything like it. It seems so unreal. XPTL will cure about 48% of the cancer patients annually that will use the XPTL to survive and cure their cancer.
People would do anything to survive cancer. XPTL is a brain game gives people the chance to be cured and strong again. You are placed inside a dark room with the XPTL mask. You are made to wear the mask for at least 24 hours. Once you put on the mask you will wake up in the bedroom you grew up in, the time machine will take you around your age 20. The mask will be able to look through your memory and history to design various questions that will be asked along the XPTL journey. The questions mainly focus on the challenges in life you have gone through and how you got past the struggles. Life is stressful, and there isn’t a free pass to anything. There will be a cost of one thousand dollars to take the XPTL challenge. If you’re able to beat XPTL and cure your cancer, you’ll have a choice of refunding your money back or giving the one thousand dollars to the next patient in line. Although people will have to pay for this test, life is priceless. As life is coming to an end, no one wants to die from cancer or see family and friends pass from evil cancer.
