I am attaching your original dated email from February 8, 2017, advising me that I should receive my refund in approximately 2 weeks. As of today, May 9, 2017, I still have not received my refund and. You guys have been jerking me around since early December 2016 after I returned from my cruise. This current problem was a result of your guys failing to honor the picture packet that I paid for. I have been very patient and now I am asking that you escalate my request otherwise I am going to seek further action to get this resolved. I am demanding that I receive my full refund no later than May 19, 2017, otherwise, I will use ever access I have to Social Media to spread the word on how poor you all handle your business.
