Personal Narrative: A Day At The Baseball Field

I was at the baseball field and it was a tuesday that night. It was cloudy with a chance of rain. I was in the dugout out and we just got done with taking grounder. I was talking with my team mate Dawson and he was having fun. Then the coach comes in and says were taking batting practice and I was pitching and Dwain,Grant,and Sam were batting. Grand came up and I thought him a few pitches and then I hit him. It may or may not been on purpose and he is bad because he wanted everyone to look bad so he looked good. I was doing good but it was only Bp and there was a runner on first and I picked him off and then i pitched to the batter and he hit a line drive right at me. It hit my glove thankfully and I was fine but he was safe at first and I was mad.coach told my it was my last batter. …show more content…
I was pitching and I though about 20 more pitches. and then coach said he was running and I went finally and it was 1 pitch and he hit it and it was a double play. When I was done and I went in and got a drink and then I went out and asked coach where do i go and he said go bat and I was excited to go bat.
