It was a hot summer, sunny day in Florida usually like most others but today was special. I was going deep-sea fishing for the very first time, my mom told me to put on a lot of sunscreens, so I don’t get sunburn. My family and I got dressed and got into the car and made our way for Pompano Beach pier, where the charter boat would be leaving from. We all packed into the boat like a can of sardens, the captain started the engine and we looked over at the glistening deep blue ocean, the seas where calm, when we arrived at the fishing spot the mates gave us fishing poles and told us to drop the baits in the water, a few seconds later the rod is bent over and the line is screeching like crazy, my parents and the captain start yelling at me to reel
