It is difficult for a person to know whether or not they are capable of doing something unless they are given a chance to be put in that situation.

Yet, I have fallen in love with tennis, so much so that not only did I climb my way up to playing in varsity but I also managed the boys’ tennis team during the spring season. As an athlete, I worked hard to get to my position in varsity tennis, staying after practice to hit more, taking the coach's advice on how to better improve my skills, and studying how those better than me played. During boys’ tennis, I helped conduct drills and sometimes practiced alongside the boys to improve my skills further.
Unlike these other activities, the experience I gained in my healthcare classes and my success in HOSA demonstrated my capabilities of working in the healthcare field. Given the chance, I would work every day to prove that I earned my spot in this program. I will bring the same work ethic and commitment that I had given to learning Nagara and tennis to college and my path to becoming a physician.
As an undergraduate, I also plan on enjoying learning more about healthcare through my major and my years in college, without worrying about the future and the stress of getting into the right classes for certain medical
