The first semester of my junior year I was enrolled in a sports medicine class. We began the class with researching specific career paths and majors. The types of jobs available under sports medicine seemed right up my alley. Many of the work hours are spent outside, I would be able to watch sports, be around and help people, learn more about the human body, and how to assist in healing and preventing injuries. After that first day in class I was absolutely sure about what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to work in sports medicine.
