Personal Narrative: A Career As An Adult Learner

I know firsthand of the hardships adult learners faces returning to school. These challenges could seem impossible to conquer, however, the one advantage adult learners have been that their focus. Adult learners are aware of what is they want and are motivated to reach that goal.

Although incorporating higher learner in an already busy schedule can prove to be stressful, I have to disagree that managing your busy life is the employers responsibility.
