Personal Narrative: A Career As A Weapon

It all started after school when I got home my mom and I started to go to the Taekwondo studio, when I got there I had to change into my clothes and get my belt on so when testing began I can show that I can tie a belt right. Then all the people that were in my class started to show up and get dressed and I was so excited to finally get my 3rd degree black belt. After everyone got there we all had to train until the test began. So it was 5:00 when the test began and we all trained for an hour sparring with our weapons along with forms and stains. After all the training we were ready to take the test. The judges tested us on what we all have learned from being there.
Next we did our forms which weren't that hard but, we all stumbled a little

Every weapon teacher has to go throw a slide show on what to do to run the class I was excited teach my very own class on how to use a sword.

Now we all are ready to teach the class and we all received our weapons the day after we all started to get into the swing of teaching the class. We all get to the studio early and looked at the lesson plan for the day and I was there all day because all the kids needed to learn about all the weapons. After a long day of teaching all the teachers needed to stay after and we had a little party for ourselves and we all got to fight the more experienced weapons and we all fail horribly.

Ones we all were done, we all went home and did nothing. My mom picked me up and it was about 7:00 to 9:00, I can't remember. We went to Ihop to celebrate me getting my black belt and then me and my mom went to my grandparents house to show them my belt. The design on it was a golden dragon. Then we went home and my dad was so proud of me. I was the second one in my family to ever make it this far in a Taekwondo
