What does becoming a videographer mean to me.

I believe being a videographer means that you express stories in the art of film and you're able to convey a message in such a way that it connects deeply with the audience and get a point across clearly. I also believe a big part of a being a videographer along with any career is leadership.
I have had experience in being in a leadership role at my church as I have and currently volunteer as a teacher to kindergarten age classroom. Along with that I am also in charge of how my youth group operates and how events are planned and put together. Going into college there is one academic subject that has really interest me.
An academic subject that I would love to major in is digital filmmaking and film production. The art of cinematography and the experience of seeing a story come to life and the process that it entails is just extraordinary to me. My passion for filmmaking doesn't just stay in the classroom. Whenever I can I take gear out and go film something, whether that be filming with friends or creating movie ideas and filming from my own scripts. I love everything from writing a script to editing the movie post production. Like I said I am really passionate about film and filmmaking and am excited to have a future in film.
I am really looking forward to a college experience that will shape not only who I am as a person but who I am as a videographer. What I want out of a college experience is the understanding of knowledge and abilities that will help me succeed in my career in filmmaking. I really think that your college will enable me to unlock that potential and help me strive for success in a career in
