Personal Narrative: A Career As A Track Manager

Being a track manager isn’t just about traveling with the team. It’s about helping the team to perform to the best of their ability. I know that being a track manager may take quite a bit of work. The practices every day, meets on weekends, and other activities that come with track. I want to tell you that I can do it. Track is in an interest of mine, but I am not sure that I would put in the work it takes to succeed. That’s why I want to be manager.
Managing track would show me what work is actually put in to it. What you see at meets v.s the practices behind closed doors; where the hard work is done, and I would like to see it first-hand, and be able to help the team succeed. If I was to become manager I would do everything in my power to
