There are multiple great fast food chains around the world. But one of my favorite places has to be Chick-fil-a. Chick-fil-a is a fast food chain that sells food only with chicken. They are mostly known for their cow mascot that has the famous catchphrase “Eat more chicken.” The main reason I like their restaurant is because their restaurant tends to have more of a placid atmosphere than the other fast food chains. They also make their employees be kind and tend to the customers' needs.…

However, what happens when a person decides to not wait patiently for their food and/or drink and decide to rush the person in charge of making/giving him/her their food. On Tuesday, January 3rd I decided to break this norm at Sheetz located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. When I arrived at Sheetz, there were several people that were in line for made-to-order food and drinks. I decided to order a peanut butter hot chocolate, which does not take long to make, however, there was several people before me.…

I took my mother to Chili’s today (5/7/16) for an early Mother’s Day lunch; the experience was embarrassing and unacceptable. The hostess takes us at a table with crumbs all over seat, before I say anything she gets a napkin and pushes all of the crumbs off the seat and onto the floor however, crumbs are still all over half of the table, I didn’t say anything to her. After we sat down our feet literally stuck to the ground, before opening the menu my hand and arm got very sticky from some substance on the table. I opened my menu with the inside inserted upside down from it not being stapled together and see dried BBQ sauce that is an inch thick from top to bottom right down the center, I walked to the front to exchange it and I politely hand the hostess the filthy menu and…

To begin, I would first look at what information is being processed and how it is currently being taken from the new staff and given to payroll/billing. From there, I would talk to my team to figure out what part of the process they feel is inefficient and gather any ideas on what they believe would be better routes. I would speak with billing and payroll to figure out how this information is getting held up in transition and how they would like the information given to them. Lastly, from gathering all of the information, I would figure out if the solution could be done within Mfiles, Great Plains, or by creating a new process all together; in which HR communicates the paperwork differently to the new employees and better follows through with…
