For the first six weeks I would take sometime to get to know my colleagues personally. What are their working style do thy like feedback, if so, how do they like to receive their feedback. I will also take time to know the organization and the work others do, this include taking a moment to appreciate others. By, asking others what they do and what I can do to help as a Social Worker.
To Create a good working relationship I will ensure I know my duties, what I can, and cannot do. I will also ask if I can propose an input rather than just jumping in. Additionally, I will take time to appreciate other employees simply by encouraging and support their decisions.
