I join Let’s Get Ready as a Site Director in my freshman year of college. At this time, I was already going through a big transition from high school to college and it was very tough. After becoming a Site Director, I became more responsible with my time and I gain a lot of leadership skills. As a Site Director, there is a lot of work to be done. All of this work needs to be done in a timely manner and of course my school work does too. I had to really become responsible and manage my time for school work and all of the paperwork for my site. It was tough at first. But after the initial shock that there are only twenty-four hours in a day and I need to get a million things done, I found my balance and wasn’t stressed by the amount of work. …show more content…

I would build upon this by being more vocal when trying to get more coaches. I think talking to people in person makes everything more personal and they may be more willing to …show more content…
Currently, my site only has two coaches. I want to have more coaches so the students can be broken up into smaller class sizes and get more individual attention. Currently, I am still trying to achieve this and I have been reaching out to my contacts at my school, my friends and even friends of friends. My Program Manager is a great communicator and always makes sure my co site director and I understood what is expected of us. Also, she was always there to answer any type of questions that we had about our site or our responsibilities. It made things much easier on me because I fully understood what needed to be done. There is nothing I would like to improve because communication is key to success. No matter what troubles you are in, having an open line of communication can solve it. My Program Manager is a very strong communicator, so I’ve have no

All the complications surrounding Brazoswood high school’s tennis team revolve around Coach T. The change be started by simply hiring an assistant coach who is young and can enhance the students and team. An assistant would not necessarily take over the head coach position but will be someone who can run physical drills and exercises the current coach cannot. Due to the current coach’s health and age, she will likely be leaving in a short amount of time so having someone become acclimated to coaching Brazoswood would be beneficial in the long term.
