In May of 2016 I decided to start looking for a job in Lenoir City, Tennessee. I turned in an application to Cracker Barrel and got hired as a hostess right away. When going into the first day of work I was very nervous because of how shy and inexperienced I was. Today, almost 2 years later, I have learned many skills from my job at Cracker Barrel. For example, I have learned skills like communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
