Tammy has had this job for 3 years and it includes seeing clients, giving talks in schools or offices, and teaching fitness classes. From her childhood to now, she has always had a love for food, but in her early twenties, she saw a friend doing holistic health coaching, and it changed her way of viewing food. She stated, with sweeping hand gestures, “That really opened my eyes to trying different foods and just starting to cook more for myself. So from that experience, I really just got into food”. At this moment, she seemed to pause, remembering the past events that has shaped who she has become today.
