As 2009 came to an end, I was in a new position at CIGNA Healthcare that I could not grasp. For the seven months prior, I was on performance coaching plans, monthly meetings, and weekly calls to a technical coach in Connecticut. Before my review in 2010, I had three jobs and took on additional roles and responsibilities, the third being CIGNA. Since my poor performance review by this supervisor, I could not handle the criticism and negative feedback as I did before. I quit CIGNA in 2011 after I found out I would not be able to apply for another position until I got my review up. Since leaving CIGNA, the longest I stayed at a job was eight months, working various jobs at many companies in Chattanooga.
