I have worked two jobs, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Child Caregiver. I was a CNA for two years, and I did daily charting of residents, including bowel movement and urination, food intake and outtake, and behavioral incidents and moods of the residents, I communicated to head nurse regarding patient’s health changes and problems, and I provided nursing assistance and care for patients, and I assisted patients in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and other activities.
