Personal Narrative: A Career As A Basketball Coach

Have you ever been on a team that did not have a coach or a leader to guide your team? It is almost impossible to have a team that does not have someone who can lead the team to success in victories but also in one another. I am not completely sure that I would want to be a basketball coach, but I know that one day I plan on being a coach for either volleyball or basketball. Right now I am a volleyball referee about four times a week and I see how people are coached. Coaches are a key component to a successful team.
To be a coach, you must first be selfless. This means that you must put your team before yourself so that your players can reach their full potential. For example, when a coach is selfless, he is able to look past his issues
