To begin, I didn’t know what to expect from doing this expense tracking assignment. The only challenge I faced was trying to remember about the worksheet throughout these 30 days. Luckily I have a great memory of what I’ve done in past days only when it comes down to what I've used my money on. Well, the assignment did get me to finally notice what I did use my money for and how wisely it was used. To end it off, this assignment was something very unusual to any other assignment that I had because I never been given a task to keep track of what I use my money on.
First, I frequently started to record my transactions or purchases with my money pretty well but then started to just not go so well afterwards. Well, at first, I kept track of what I bought or purchased throughout the week and then by the end of the week which is obviously Sunday, then I had written it down on the tracking worksheet. I didn’t have much to write on the tracker because to me it seemed like I rarely used my money to buy the things that I desired. For instance, I mostly used my money to get me junk food which was chips and for every weekday I got food from school during lunch was always five dollars added to my tracking worksheet. There were days where I just used my money to go get myself fast food from like little caesars,Bobos, and In-N-Out. In general, my spending habit is very bad because luckily as a teen we have a high metabolism but with the way I’m spending my money isn’t going to help me once I start to hit my twenties.
